Dry soil removal
A thorough professional vacuum before a drop of water touches the carpet. Most of what makes a carpet look tired is dry grit — lift it out dry, or it turns to mud the moment it gets wet.

Pre-spray
A kid- and pet-safe pre-spray goes down across the carpet and is given time to dwell, breaking the bond between the soil and the fibre so it lifts out rather than being scrubbed out.

Agitation
We work the solution right through to the base of the pile, so it reaches the soil sitting deep in the carpet instead of just freshening the surface. Stains and traffic lanes get individual attention here.
