In the vast majority of cases, the price you see on our website is the price you pay on the day. Occasionally something turns up that the form couldn’t know about — extreme soiling, stubborn stains, difficult access or another unforeseen issue — and we may need to adjust the price. If that happens we will always talk it through with you first. We will never add anything to your bill without agreeing it with you beforehand.

We move small furniture for you and put it back. We just ask that large or heavy items are cleared beforehand where possible.
