1Dry soil removal
A thorough professional vacuum before a drop of water touches the carpet. Our machines pull out the grit sitting deep down in the fibres, well beyond anything a household hoover can reach. We always hoover before we wet, because dry soil turns to mud the moment it gets wet.

2Pre-spray
A kid- and pet-safe pre-spray goes down across the carpet and is given time to dwell. It separates the soil from the fibre so we can lift it straight out, instead of scrubbing it out and wearing the fibre down.

3Agitation
We work the solution right through to the base of the pile, so it reaches the soil sitting deep in the carpet instead of just freshening the surface. Agitation is a necessity, especially in the areas you walk on most. Stains and traffic lanes get individual attention here.

4Rinse & extract
A powerful extraction rinse flushes the loosened soil and every trace of product away, then pulls the moisture straight back out — the step that decides whether a carpet dries in hours or stays damp for days. We match the water temperature to the fibre, so wool and delicate carpets get a gentler rinse.

5Groom
We set the pile in one direction to finish. It helps the carpet dry faster and more evenly, stops patchy drying marks, and is why it looks properly done rather than just cleaned.

Will my carpet be soaked for days?
No — that’s the number-one worry and exactly what our fast-dry finish solves. Carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours, so your rooms are back in use the same day, not soggy for a week.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. Everything we use is safe for kids and pets, and carpets dry quickly so little ones and paws are back on them before you know it.
What if I’m not happy with the result?

Will the price go up on the day?
In the vast majority of cases, the price you see on our website is the price you pay on the day. Occasionally something turns up that the form couldn’t know about — extreme soiling, stubborn stains, difficult access or another unforeseen issue — and we may need to adjust the price. If that happens we will always talk it through with you first. We will never add anything to your bill without agreeing it with you beforehand.
