When you submit our quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the details of the cleaning you describe. If you call or message us we keep the details needed to respond and, if you book, to carry out the work.

Why we use it & our lawful basis

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any work you book. Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Quote-form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider, Web3Forms, and reach us by email. We use these processors only to receive and store your message.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus any period required for tax and legal records, then delete them.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics that do not identify you or track you across sites, so we do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.
