Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Wonder Clean.

Quotes & pricing

• Prices are per job and quoted upfront. The price we confirm is the price you pay, unless the work found on arrival differs materially from what was described.
• A minimum visit charge applies and is always shown with your quote before you book. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Heavily soiled items may be subject to survey; we'll always agree any change with you before proceeding.

The Wonder Promise

If you're not delighted with a clean, tell us and we'll re-clean the area free of charge. If you're still not happy, you don't pay. We're fully insured, including treatment and damage cover.

Access & preparation

• Please provide access to water and a power socket, and parking near the property where possible.
• We move small furniture and replace it; please clear large or heavy items and breakables beforehand where you can.

Payment

Payment is due on completion by card or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing for trade accounts.

Cancellations

If you need to rearrange, just let us know as early as you can and we'll find another slot.
