Will my carpet be soaked for days?
No — that’s the number-one worry and exactly what our fast-dry finish solves. Carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours, so your rooms are back in use the same day, not soggy for a week.

Do you cover my area?
We’re based in Salford and cover roughly 15 miles around it — Manchester, Worsley, Swinton, Eccles, Trafford and the surrounding parts of Greater Manchester. Keeping the patch tight means less time driving and more time cleaning. Send us your postcode and we’ll confirm.
Will the price go up on the day?
In the vast majority of cases, the price you see on our website is the price you pay on the day. Occasionally something turns up that the form couldn’t know about — extreme soiling, stubborn stains, difficult access or another unforeseen issue — and we may need to adjust the price. If that happens we will always talk it through with you first. We will never add anything to your bill without agreeing it with you beforehand.
